Yieh Phui invests to expand production capacity in China

It's reported that Yieh Phui, one of the major coasted steel product makers in Taiwan has kept expanding its production capacity in China.

It's learned that Yieh Phui planned to invest around US$98 million to expand production capacity for galvanized steel products in China in order to meet strong demand from the Chinese domestic market.

The new production line which is capacity of producing 310,000 tons per year is expected to be completed in two years.

Earlier, Yieh Phui announced to pour US$98 million to build new cold rolled production line in China. The company expected the new CR line to be completed in end of 2014.

Once the new CR line is completed, Yieh Phui's production capacity for CR steel products is expected to reach 1.6 million tons.
